Findings distinguish between documented requirements, observed performance and areas where evidence is insufficient. Each finding includes its supporting evidence, risk implications and recommended action, providing a clear basis for decisions and improvement.

DELIVERABLES

An evidence-based report sets out the findings, existing strengths and identified gaps. A supporting action plan prioritises risk treatments and corrective measures, with follow-up verification available to assess implementation and closure.
